为更好地发挥军校学报及学报编辑在军事创新人才培养中的作用,阐述军校学报对培养军事创新人才的作用,分析学报编辑培养学术新人和教研人才的途径。指出学报编辑可通过培养科研创新精神、传播学术论文撰写知识、营造良好学风和培养保密纪律观念等对作者进行培育,提出军校学报应在军事创新人才培养方面担负起更多的责任。

In order to give full play to the role of journals of military academies in military personnel training,the paper expounds the role of journals of military academies in military personnel training,and analyzes the ways of journals editors in training new academics and teaching and research talents.It indicates that journal editors can cultivate authors by cultivating the spirit of scientific research and innovation,disseminating the knowledge of writing academic papers,creating a good style of study and cultivating the concept of confidentiality and discipline.it is proposed that journals of military academies should shoulder more responsibilities in the cultivation of military innovative talents.
