摘要
为解决军队院校人才培养普遍存在的部队需求把握不准、对接不够、人才培养目标模糊等问题,以生长军官主干专业运输投送指挥为例,以陆军部队运输投送参谋岗位为研究样本,借鉴KOMET职业能力模型构建运输投送指挥专业任职岗位能力素质模型,明确运输投送参谋任职岗位能力素质标准要求,可为运输投送指挥生长军官人才培养提供需求依据。
In order to solve the problems existing in personnel training in military academies,such as inaccurate demand,insufficient docking,and ambiguous goal of personnel training,by taking the major of transportation and projection command as an example and the post of transportation projection staff as the research sample,the paper firstly builds the competency model for post of transportation and projection command based on KOMET model.Then,it clarifies the requirement and the standard of the competency,which can provide a basis for training military personnel of transportation and projection command.
