Research on Public Library's Participation Mode in the Construction of New Think Tanks

图书馆参与新型智库建设是新时代图书馆事业发展的重要战略。论文通过对图书馆参与智库建设现状、国内外部分图书馆智库建设案例的分析,尝试构建公共图书馆参与智库建设的有效模式,并提出加强智库服务法制建设,让智库服务有法可依;及时转型新型智库建设,享受智库发展红利;智库成果参与市场竞争,保障智库良性运作;优化智库建设人才配置,构建特色管理制度等建议。

Participating in the construction of new think tanks is an important strategy for the development of library undertakings in the new era. Through the analysis of the status of libraries’ participation in think tank construction and case analysis of some library think tanks at home and abroad, this paper constructs a library think tank service mode.It makes four suggestions for libraries, which are strengthening the construction of the think tank service legal system to provide legal support, transforming to new think tanks construction timely to get the bonus, participating in market competition to guarantee the running of library think tank, and optimizing the talent allocation of library and constructing a characteristic management system for the new think tanks construction.
