摘要 餐饮业实施营养菜单,能使抽象的营养素概念直观地体现在每一份菜肴中,利于保护消费者对食物营养信息的知情权,帮助消费者在外用餐时更明智地选择菜品,以促进膳食平衡,对预防我国部分居民因营养过剩而引起的肥胖、心脑血管疾病、糖尿病等慢性病有积极的现实意义,同时也能推动餐饮企业向营养、健康的方向发展。品牌餐饮企业在本行业率先推行营养菜单,具有可行性与必要性,能通过示范、引领、辐射效应,对未来餐饮行业推广和普及营养菜单起助推作用。 Implementation of the'Nutrition Menu'in catering industry can make abstract concepts of nutrients visually reflected in each dish,favor protection of consumer's right to know information on food nutrition,help consumers choose dishes more wisely when they eat out. It has positive realistic significance for promoting a balanced diet and preventing obesity,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes and other chronic diseases caused by excess nutrients. At the same time,it can direct the catering enterprises onto a healthy way. It is necessary and feasible for brand catering enterprises to lead in nutrition menu in the industry and it boosts the promotion and popularization of nutrition menu in future's beverage industry through demonstration,leading,radiation effects.
