摘要
核桃油中丰富的油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸等多不饱和脂肪酸具有重要的生理作用。目前有多种提取核桃油的方法,对这些方法的优缺点进行总结,并介绍核桃油的功能特性。
Walnut oil is abundant in oleic acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acid,such as the polyunsaturated fatty acid,it has important physiological functions. At present there are many kinds of methods of extracting walnut oil. This paper mainly summarized the advantages and disadvantages of different methods of extraction walnut oil and introduced the functional properties of walnut oil.
