Sichuan Field Feast,as known as Baba Feast,Open-air Banquet,Nine Bowls and so on,is an important part of the feasts of sichuan cuisine,and its dishes are mainly steamed and boiled. Traditional rural feast in countryside of Sichuan,based on the pattern of Field Feast,is the main form of folk banquets,so it is popular with many people and has a broad market in countryside. This article introduces the historical origin,kinds and custom of Nine Bowls and analyses its present situation and puts up with the road to future development.
