摘要
共轭亚油酸(CLA)作为一种新资源食品,因具有抗癌、减肥、抗动脉粥样硬化等众多生理功能,已成为近几年的研究热点。对共轭亚油酸(CLA)的来源、生理功能、制备及分析检测方法进行综述,并对其研究中存在的问题和应用进行探讨和展望。
Conjugated Linoleic Acid(CLA),as a new resources food,has become a hot research topic due to its physiological activities,such as anticancer,weight loss and anti-atherosclerotic.This report overviews the origin,physiological activities,preparation and determination of conjugated linoleic acids(CLAs) and then explores the existing problems and carrys out the prospect on its application.
