植物精油提取技术的研究进展及应用现状

Research Development and Application Status of the Extraction Techniques of Plant Essential Oil

随着植物精油应用领域的扩大,其提取技术得到了进一步发展,出现了很多新的提取技术和方法。综合介绍几种植物精油提取技术的原理、优缺点及应用现状,包括水蒸气蒸馏法、溶剂浸提法、超高压提取、超声波辅助萃取、微波辅助萃取、微胶囊双水相萃取、酶法辅助提取、同时蒸馏-静置顶空液相微萃取、亚临界萃取、超临界CO2萃取等,并对其发展前景进行展望。

With more and more application fields of plant essential oil field,the extraction of essential oil has been further developed, and many new extraction techniques and methods appeared. The principle, advantages,disadvantages and application status of several kinds of plant essential oil extraction technology was introduced in this paper,including steam distillation,solvent extraction,ultrahigh pressure extraction method,ultrasonic assisted extraction,microwave assisted extraction, microcapsule aqueous two-phase extraction, enzymatic extraction,simultaneous hydro- distillation-static headspace liquid phase microextraction, subcritical fluid extraction technology,supercritical CO2 extraction. And the development prospect of plant essential oil extraction technology was put forward.
