摘要
女娲在繁衍人类的过程中让自然界的"酸味液"得以产生,继而,农业生产促进了"醋"的发展。"醋"起源于7000多年前女娲娘娘的降生地——陇城,用街泉庄的街泉水酿造而成。随着人口的繁衍及迁徏,酿醋技术从陇城沿葫芦河、渭河、黄河流域向东传播。
It was expounded that Nvwa discovered 'natural sour liquid'in the process of human reproduction,and agricultural production promoted the development of 'vinegar'in this article. 'Vinegar'originated in the birth place of Nvwa—Longcheng more than seven thousands years ago,which was brewed with Jiequan water. With Nvwa group reproducing,population increasing in Longcheng,gradually expanding living space,vinegar technology was spread out eastward along Hulu River,Wei River,Yellow River valley from Longcheng.
