摘要
由于蒜氨酸在预防和治疗疾病方面有一定的作用,因而其提取及纯品的制备越来越受到人们的重视。近十年来,学者围绕从蒜氨酸粗提液及其化学合成物中分离纯化蒜氨酸的方法和蒜氨酸纯品的制备等问题进行了相关研究,对这些研究进行综合分析,具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。
The extraction and preparation of high purity of alliin has been paid more and more attention due to its prophylaxis and therapy of some diseases. This article mainly reviewed the methods of separation and purification of alliin from alliin extract solution and chemical synthesis materials,and the preparation of high purity of alliin,which has definite theoretical value and practical meaning.
