摘要
通过对提取温度、提取时间、沉淀p H值以及钙离子浓度的优化,研究以水为溶剂提取茶多酚的最佳条件,确定了浸提温度80℃,浸提时间40 min,在浸提液中加入茶叶质量一半的氯化钙,用碳酸钠调p H值至8.1静置沉淀,用1%的硫酸转溶,浓缩干燥得到成品的方法。这种提取方法操作简单、成本低廉,茶多酚提取率可达20%,成品纯度在70%以上,对茶多酚的生产加工具有一定的意义。
Through the optimization of extraction temperature,extraction time,p H value and calcium concentration,the optimum conditions of tea polyphenols extraction with water as the solvent were determined as follows: extraction temperature of 80 ℃,extraction time of 40 minutes,adding sodium carbonate to adjust the p H value of8. 1,1% sulfuric acid decreaming,concentrating and drying. This method is easy to operate and cheap in production,also the extraction rate of tea polyphenols can be up to 20% and the purity of production can reach above70%,which possesses certain significance on the production of tea polyphenols.
