川西平原田席食品安全问题调查及对策研究——以成都大邑县及周边地区为例

Investigation and Countermeasures Research on Food Safety in the Chuanxi Plain:Taking Chengdu Dayi County and the Surrounding Areas for an Example

川西平原城镇郊区和广大农村都有在遇婚丧生寿升时设田席大宴宾朋的传统。随着人们生活水平的不断提升,田席越来越普遍,形式和规格日益多样化,存在的食品安全问题隐患也更多、更复杂。在对川西平原田席中具有代表性的成都大邑县及周边地区的实际情况进行大量调查后,发现存在田席食品安全的问题并找出相应的对策。

Tianxi is hold for guests as traditional custom in outskirts of town and countryside in Chuanxi Plain in the case of marriage,death,birthday and promotion. With the improvement of people's living standards,Tianxi becomes more and more common and the form and specifications are also more diverse. But the food safety problems are more and more complex. This article reviews the problems and countermeasures of food safety with a large number of investigation of the actual situation in Dayi county of Chengdu and surrounding areas in the Chuanxi plain.
