摘要
"汇设计"工程连廊钢结构中设置了高强度大直径的斜向钢拉杆。采用SAP2000有限元分析模型施工阶段工况确定张拉控制力及张拉次序,预测结构关键控制点的变形。采用自制张拉装置对钢拉杆进行张拉,介绍张拉技术,采取张拉力和结构变形双重控制原则,根据结构控制点的实测挠度,可知钢拉杆张拉后结构的挠度满足设计要求。为今后类似的工程施工提供经验。
The steel rod of highstrength and large diameter was set in corridor structure of 'hui she ji'.The construction phase analysis was made by the finite element analysis model of SAP2000 and the tensile control forces and tension sequence were determined. The critical control points of the structures were predicted.Considered the tensile force and structural deformation as the tensile control principle, the steel rods were tensioned by using self-made tensioning device. The tensioning technology was introduced. Based on the measured deflection of the structural control points, the deflections of the structures meet the design requirements after the steel rod tensioned. The experience in construction was provided for future similar projects.
