This paper analyzes the status and features of the project bidding procurement in colleges. It explains about the problems existing in many factors of the project bidding procurement, such as system mechanism, bidding-evaluation and decision process, procurement benefit, team quality, etc. And it presents some corresponding countermeasures such as reforming system mechanism, improving bidding-evaluation mechanism, improving procurement benefit, strengthening the procurement staff, etc.
