Discussion on Cost Control of Building Structure

文章从设计管理和建筑结构设计技术两个方面对建筑结构成本控制进行探讨,提出了结构成本控制的思路及技术关键点,确保结构工程的安全、经济、合理,以节约社会资源,降低房地产开发成本,提高房地产开发的利润空间。

In this paper, cost control of building structure is discussed from two aspects: design management and design technology of building structure. It proposed ideas and key points of cost control technique to ensure the safety, economy and rationality of structural engineering, in order to save social resources, reduce costs and improve profit margins in real estate development.
