高层建筑铝合金模板系统的施工技术

Construction Technology of Aluminum Alloy Template System of High-rise Building

文章结合万科金域蓝湾四期73#楼的施工实践,介绍了本省首次将铝合金模板系统应用在高层建筑施工中的技术。文章分析了铝合金模板系统在高层建筑中的施工流程及要点,总结了铝合金模板系统的特点,对模板的承载力进行了验算,并对施工过程中的技术难点提出了解决的方案。

According to the construction practice of building 73# the four period of Vanke Golden Mile Island,the technology of aluinium alloy template system was first applied to the high-rise building construction in Jiangsu.The construction process and main points of the high-rise building in the aluminum alloy template system has been analyzed, and the characteristics of aluminium alloy template system have been summarized in this paper.After checking the carrying capacity of the template, the solutions of technical difficulties in the construction process was presented.
