摘要 超高层建筑中各种桁架构件结构形式越来越复杂,制作难度也越来越大,特别是杆件交汇形成的异型桁架节点构件。大连维多利亚广场项目中的高材质超厚板"蝶"型桁架节点,结构复杂,腔体多,制作难度大,精度较难控制。文章介绍的加工技术包括下料、开设坡口、定位组装、焊接等工序,采用了有效的装配焊接顺序,制定了合理的坡口形式,同时充分考虑焊接方法、焊接变形、焊接质量控制等,提高了构件制作精度。 Various truss structures of tall building become more and more complicated. Production process is also becoming more difficult, especially the intersection formed alien truss node component. Butterfly type truss node with special texture and ultra-heavy plate in Dalian Victoria square project, structure complicated, much of the cavity, difficult in productim and control precision. This paper focused on the processing technology including cutting blanking, groove making, assembly positioning and welding process. We adopt the effective assembly welding sequence, reasonable groove, considerate to the welding method at the same time, welding deformation and welding quality control that improve the precision of production.
