摘要
无锡太湖新城万象城项目钢结构呈不规则壳面,杆件截面小,施工安装难度较大。工程合理确定了天幕吊装单元的大小、双向弧形单元壳面拼装保证措施、钢板拼接、焊接、校正技术、安装过程中吊装单元的强度、刚度、局部稳定性保证措施、支撑架设计、天幕钢结构的卸载顺序等施工关键技术措施,为施工过程顺利完成提供了依据。
Because of complex shape and small bar cross section of Taihu New Town Mixc Mall Steel Structure,it is difficult to be constructed by common technology. To ensure the construction of steel structure, the team determined the lifting unit size, assembly measures of the bidirectional arc shell, splicing, welding and correction technology of steel plates, strength, rigidity and local stability of the unit, supporting frame designing, and unloading sequence.
