后砌填充墙拉结钢筋锚固卡销施工技术的研究

摘要 宁宇家园一期工程,地上27~33层,地下2层,建筑面积112645.98m2,框架、剪力墙结构,后砌填充墙多。墙体拉结筋通常采用预埋拉结筋焊接和化学植筋,预埋拉结筋工作量大、焊接质量不能保证且标高不宜控制,化学植筋工作效率高,但施工质量往往难以满足施工规范要求,文章通过锚固卡销的研究,从而获得精确定位、环保、锚固力强等,有效保证了工程二次结构填充墙与混凝土墙间的施工质量和安全,节能环保。 The first phase of Ningyu Home, 27-33 floors on the ground,two floor underground.Construction area is 112645.98 m2.This project is the frame, shear wall structure with a lot of filler wall.Rachel wall reinforcement usually adopt embedded welding and chemical plant steel reinforcement,Embedded tie bar workload, the welding quality can not be guaranteed and the elevation should not be controlled.High efficiency chemically-planted steel bars, but the quality of construction is often difficult to meet the construction specification requirements.In this paper, through the study on the anchor pin, so as to obtain precise positioning, environmental protection, strong anchoring force, effectively ensure the project secondary structure filling wall and concrete wall between the construction quality and safety, energy saving and environmental protection.
