长江流域山地村镇空气源热泵复合毛细管供暖性能实测分析 被引量:1

摘要 为探究空气源热泵(ASHP)复合毛细管地板供暖系统在长江流域山地村镇地区应用时的室温状况、供暖能力及机组能耗状况,选取重庆永川黄瓜山一面积为18m2的某农家卧室为实验房间,搭建实验台,利用计算机数据自动采集系统,进行实测研究。结果分析显示:距地0.6m处最长启动时间为2h,供水温度提高5℃,稳定阶段该处温度升高1~2℃,垂直高度温度梯度在1.6℃以内。关机后室温受室外温度影响下降到16℃的时间为20~150min。 The heating pipe pressure which produced by the internal pressure is a major thrust of fixed trestle. Because the pressure of the water in the heating pipeline is constantly changing, so when we calculating the thrust produced by the internal pressure,it mostly calculated by the maximum working pressure of heating pipe network.Although the safety margin of fixed trestle is large, but it will increase the engineering cost of heating pipe network virtually.The heating pipe network pressure diagram is a good solution,it can easily calculate the total water pressure of supply and return pipe, not only calculation easily and correctly, but also reduce the engineering cost of heating pipe network.
