摘要 地上非制冷储罐呼吸阀呼吸量的计算比较复杂,国内工程公司一般参考标准API 2000进行计算。尽管API 2000版本更新已到第七版,但第五版内容作为附录A依然延用。因此在对API 2000的解读上,往往存在一些差异。首先,本文以API 2000-2014为基础,分析了新版本与老版本使用范围和计算结果上的异同;其次,本文着重论述了流量单位的正确使用、不同操作条件下或不同气体介质间呼吸量的转换方法以及特殊工况下呼吸量的分析计算等;最后,本文结合项目经验,详细演示了复杂条件下储罐呼吸阀呼吸量的计算过程,为工程设计提供了合理有效借鉴。 It is complicated to calculate the inbreathing and out-breathing capacity of the breather installed on nonrefrigerated aboveground tank.API 2000 is often referred in the domestic engineering companies.However,API 2000 has been updated to the seventh edition till now,the content of the fifth edition as Annex A is still partly applicable,which leads to misunderstanding.Firstly,the difference on the applied scope and calculation results between new and old edition were analyzed based on API 2000-2014.Secondly,the correct use of flowrate units and the venting capacity conversion for different operation conditions and different kinds of gases were addressed.Finally,the capacity calculation of breather under complicated environment was proposed detailedly with the existing experience,which will provide the reasonable and effective information for engineers.
