摘要
低压蒸汽过剩是化工企业蒸汽系统用能方面经常存在的问题,对过剩的低压蒸汽进行合理的优化利用能够有效节约能源、降低能耗。本文针对某化工企业技改后低压蒸汽过剩的情况,提出了低压蒸汽驱动溴化锂吸收式制冷、高压蒸汽引射低压蒸汽升压、低压蒸汽汽轮机发电以及提高副产蒸汽闪蒸压力等四种优化利用方案。经模拟计算,高压蒸汽引射低压蒸汽升压方案的技术经济性较差。而提高副产蒸汽闪蒸压力、低压蒸汽驱动溴化锂吸收式制冷和低压蒸汽驱动汽轮机发电的组合方案具有更好的节能效益和经济效益。
The excess of low pressure steam is a common problem in the steam system of chemical enterprises,and the reasonable optimization and utilization of the surplus low pressure steam can effectively save energy and reduce energy consumption. For the situation of the surplus low pressure steam in one enterprise after technical renovation, this paper proposed four kinds of optimization projects, driving lithium bromide absorption refrigeration, upgrading, power generation, and increasing flash pressure. By simulation and calculation, the scheme of upgrading is not very beneficial. The combined scheme of the other three schemes can obtain the best energy savings and economic benefits.
