摘要
基于对页岩油芳烃加氢过程的分析,建立了页岩油加氢八集总动力学模型和反应网络。根据不同温度和空速下的页岩油加氢小试实验数据,采用MATLAB优化算法回归得到加氢动力学模型参数。随后模型的验证结果表明计算值和实验值相吻合。在此基础上模型可有效用于加氢产品分布的预测及工艺条件的优化,该工作为页岩油加氢过程的设计提供了指导。
Based on the analysis of aromatic hydrocarbon hydrogenation process of shale oil,the eight lumped kinetic model and reaction network of shale oil hydrogenation were established.According to the experimental data of shale oil hydrogenation under different temperatures and space velocities,the kinetic model parameters were obtained by regression with optimization algorithm in MATLAB.Subsequently,the verification results of the model show that the calculated values agree well with the experimental data.On this basis,the model can be effectively used to predict the distribution of hydrogenated products and optimize the process conditions,which provides a guidance for the design of shale oil hydrogenation process.
