局域性B2C电子商务网运作模式研究(一)——存在的价值研究

摘要 广域性服务本身由于服务具有远程性,不可避免的在时间和心理上给顾客增加成本,也必然会加大售后服务的难度。然而,当B2C电子商务的服务对象缩小到某个局域的时候,很多问题都会迎刃而解。
