世界各国形成了"数字海洋"为主的海事通信系统,在全球航运事业中发挥着越来越重要的作用。针对提出构建"数字海洋"的战略发展目标,进一步促进海洋事业的持续快速发展。简要介绍国际上现代信息技术在海事通信中的具体应用,包括不同技术的类型、原理及用途,并提出今后海事信息技术的发展前景。计算机通信技术得到了迅速的发展,正逐步向管理智能化、服务个性化、结构扁平化、通信数字化的方向发展,并且会在海事通信中扮演着更重要的角色。

The maritime communication system based on Digital Ocean is formed in the worldwide, which plays a more and more important role in global shipping industry. The strategic development goal for constructing Digital Ocean is proposed and the sustained and rapid development of marine industry is further promoted. This paper briefly introduces the specific application of international modern information technology in maritime communication, including the type, principle and purpose of different technologies, and proposes the development prospect of maritime information technology. The computer communication technology develops rapidly towards the direction of management intelligentization, service personalization, structure flattening and communication digitization, and plays a more important role in maritime communication.
