摘要
有关不同淋巴组织内鉴别各种类型免疫活性细胞的研究中,细胞化学特征的应用较目前常用的免疫学方法具有重要实际的优点,如在免疫学方法操作过程中E-玫瑰花试验可能导致淋巴细胞内酶分布的改变及酶活力的下降。
A cytochemical Azo dye method for acid phosphatase was employed to identify the T lymphocytes of mouse lymph node & thymus. The percentages obtained from the mouse lymph node & thymus cell suspensions were around 63 and 97 respectively. The results were in good accordance with the T lymphocyte percentage of mouse lymph node & thymus already published. In addition, by four different ways the Azo dye method for acid phosphatase was compared with the nonspecific esterase staining in the T lymphocyte identification. Above mentioned comparison proved that these two methods were of the same value in the T lymphocyte identification of mouse lymph node & thymus cell suspension preparation.
