组织核酸含量的双波长测定法

摘要 根据双波长分光光度法的原理和Tsanev R.等的报道,结合本实验室条件, 建立了组织核酸含量的双波长测定法。材料及方法一、材料: 动物联合国纯系雄性小白鼠,日令50~60天。仪器日立557—双波长双光束分光光度计。试剂 1)RNA标准母液:准确称取RNA标准品10.0mg,溶于少量蒸馏水,滴加1N NaOH至RNA全部溶解。 The determination of nucleic acid in animal tissues by HITACHI 557 Double wavelength Double Beam spectrophotometer has been established. after preliminary work on conditions of this method. It has a good specializer and linear. The chief interfering component in sample would be eliminated. The two-wavelengthes at which the optical density should be measured are 260mu and 283. 5mu for RNA and 268mu and 280.0mu for DNA
