摘要
潜艇艇员团队作业效能是决定长航任务成败的关键因素,美海军潜艇医学研究实验室系统回顾了潜艇环境对团队作业效能的影响,集成了美军在潜艇艇员作业效能提升方面所做的大量研究结果。该文通过对美军潜艇团队作业效能研究成果的分析梳理,阐述美军在该领域的主要进展和发展理念,并提出我军进行相关科研部署的重要性和紧迫性。
Successful submarine operations depend on the performance of tactical teams who have to work under physiological and cognitive fatigue. The researchers of the United States Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory reviewed the influence of submarine environment on team performance by integrating a large number of research results on improvement of the performance of submarine crews. Based on the analysis of the US naval medical researches,this paper summarizes the research progress in and new concepts of submarine team performance,and points to the urgency of our military to carry out related research.
