摘要
氧化还原系统失衡导致的氧化应激与多种疾病的发生发展密切相关。运动是氧化应激的重要应激源,适宜运动所产生的低水平自由基可促进机体健康,而剧烈运动产生的过量自由基则易造成运动性氧化应激损伤,不利于运动人员的机体健康及运动表现。该文就运动时自由基的来源、生理功能、自由基与运动性适应及运动性氧化损伤的相关机制,以及运动领域抗氧化剂的应用进行阐述,为运动与氧化应激的相关研究提供参考。
Oxidative stress caused by imbalance of the redox system is closely related to the occurrence and development of various diseases. Exercise is also an important source of oxidative stress. Low levels of free radicals produced by appropriate exercise can promote the health of the body. However,excessive free radicals produced by vigorous exercise can easily cause exercise-induced oxidative damage,which is not conducive to the health and performance of the body. In this paper,the sources of free radicals during exercise,the physiological functions of free radicals,the mechanism by which free radicals adapt to exercise and oxidative damage during exercise,and the application of antioxidants in the field of sports are discussed,which will provide reference for related research of exercise and oxidative stress.
