现代战现场急救培训现状及技术清单构建研究

随着现代战伤发生分布特点和分级救治体系的调整变化,传统的战现场急救六大技术已难以适应我军战场一线救治需求。该文通过对我军长期从事战伤急救训练研究的卫勤专家或一线部队卫勤训练骨干展开问卷调查,在了解战现场急救技术培训现状问题基础上,围绕49项中外现代战现场急救技术在我军实施的必要性和技术难度展开量化研究,旨在为促进我军一线战伤救治理论发展与体系建设提供借鉴。

With the adjustment of the medical service system and changes in the distribution characteristics of modern combat injury,the traditional battlefield first aid techniques can hardly meet the needs in the tactical area.In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among medical service experts and the leading staff in the first-aid training of combat injury.Considering the problems with first-aid technical training on the battlefield,we organized experts to conduct quantitative research on the necessity and technical difficulty of the implementation of 49 modern combat casualty care techniques in our military environment,hoping to provide reference for improving the first-aid capabilities on the battlefield.
