东北2所青少年航空学校2016级学生入校3年来外科测量指标变化分析

Surgical measurement index changes among third-year students from two teenager aviation schools in Northeast China

目的通过对东北2所空军青少年航空学校(简称青航校)2016级学生入校3年来的外科测量指标进行监测,阐明其身体发育规律,为今后科学制定训练计划和修订青航校招生体格检查标准提供数据依据。方法通过空军医学选拔系统收集两校2016级69名学生入校前定选、入校后2年和入校后3年分流体检时的外科测量指标,并进行统计学分析。结果东北两校学生的身高、体质量、体质指数(BMI)、坐高、上肢长和握力3年来的变化经配对t检验,结果显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),胸围变化的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但身高、体质量的平均值均高于北方6所与南方8所青航校学生的平均值,并且身高也高于全国同年龄段平均水平(P<0.05),而体质量和BMI与全国同年龄段平均水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);BMI在正常范围内的学生入校3年后明显增多(P<0.05)。结论根据东北青航校学生本身的特点和身体发育规律,进一步修订完善青航校招生体检标准,并加强基础性抗荷体质训练,制定系统科学的训练计划。

Objective To analyze the surgical measurement index changes among third-year students from two teenager aviation schools in Northeast China in order to identify patterns of physical development and contribute to formulating training programs and modifying standards for teenager aviation school physical examination.Methods The surgical measurement data of 69 students before admission,2 and 3 years after admission was reviewed.The changes in the data were statistically analyzed.Results Paired t-test revealed that height,body mass,BMI,sitting height,arm lengh and handgrip strengh of the two schools were significantly different over the past 3 years(P<0.05).However,the chest size did not change significantly(P>0.05).The average height and body mass of the students from teenager aviation schools in Northeast were higher than in other teenager aviation schools(P<0.05),and the height of these students was above the national average for teenagers of the same age,but there was no difference in their body mass and BMI(P>0.05).BMI of the students in the normal range was significantly increased in the third year(P<0.05).Conclustion The standards for teenager aviation school physical examination in Northeast China should be modified according to the patterns and characteristics of physical development.Air Force teenager aviation schools in Northeast China should strengthen Gz endurance capacity training and formulating well-designed training programs.
