残损航空器搬移拖车液压悬架参数分析及优化 被引量:1

摘要 为了合理选择残损航空器搬移拖车液压悬架参数使整车具有较好的动态性能,建立了两自由度液压悬架模型,推导出液压悬架的刚度和阻尼方程;根据工程实际应用建立了搬移拖车多体动力学模型、液压系统模型,进行联合仿真,分析得出了悬挂液压系统主要参数对搬移拖车动态性能的影响规律;并以车架加权加速度均方根值最小为优化目标,基于遗传算法对液压悬架主要参数进行优化设计。优化结果表明:在随机输入和脉冲输入下车身垂直加速度均方根值分别降低了26.1%和31.6%,有效提高了搬移拖车行驶过程中的稳定性。 The damage d aircraft trailer would have better dynamic performance when the relevant parameters of its hydraulic suspension were tuned reasonably. The two degree of freedom hydraulic suspension model was established,and the stiffness and damping equation of hydraulic suspension was derived;The muti-body dynamic model and hydraulic system model of damaged aircraft dynamic was established by using co-simulation technique according to the practical application of engineering. The relation between dynamic performance of the trailer and main parameters of its hydraulic suspension was analyzed through cosimulation. An optimal design model was established based on Genetic Algorithm and its objective function with the vehicle body vertical acceleration of the weighted root mean square(RMS)sis defined. The result shows that the weighted RMS acceleration is reduced by 26.1% and 31.6% under the input of random road and impulses of road surface respectively. The vehicle body acceleration power spectral density decreased significantly,the vehicle stability performance was improved.
