摘要
随着塑料模具的发展,模具报价水平直接关系着模具企业的发展。注塑模加工费用的估算对模具成本评估具有重要意义。为了提高注塑模加工费估算的效率和准确度,提出了基于加工特征的注塑模加工费估算方法,并给出了加工费估算数学模型。在NX7.0平台通过图的特征识别技术,完成主要加工特征的识别和特征参数的提取。建立工艺模板完成特征到工艺的推理,进而确定零件加工方案。结合数据库技术完成了加工工时及加工费用的估算。最后通过一个底壳零件的模具实例对方法进行了验证。
With the development of plastic mold,mold cost estimation level is directly related to the development of mold enterprises.The estimation of injection mold Manufacturing cost has important significance for the evaluation of mold cost. In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of injection mold manufacturing cost estimates,a manufacturing cost estimation method of injection mold based on manufacturing feature is proposed and the mathematical model of manufacturing cost estimation is given.On the NX7.0 platform,the main manufacturing features are identified and feature parameters are extracted by feature recognition technology based on graph.The process template is built to complete the reasoning of the feature to the process,and then manufacturing process of the parts is determined. Combined with database technology,the estimation of manufacturing hours and manufacturing cost is completed. Finally,the method is verified by a mold instance of a bottom housing part.
