MFZ离合器扭矩磨损性能试验设计与测试

摘要 针对特定离合器在离合器试验系统平台上变转速工况高频离合时分别进行扭矩传递、耐磨损等试验测试。在扭矩传递实验中以变转速和试验时序为试验因变量,在一定输入转速时,扭矩是随着试验时序进行而增加的,转速500r/min时扭矩峰值增加到155.39N·M;在合适转速的匹配下可以传递更高的扭矩实现高效传递长效使用;在耐磨损特性试验中,摩擦衬片的磨损量与起步扭矩峰值呈非线性关系,磨损会随着转速增大而明显。故得出离合器常见工况下的扭矩传递效率与衬片寿命间的平衡策略,对离合器试验测定与设计开发具有指导意义。 The torque transfer and wear resistance tests are carried out respectively for the particular clutch on the clutch test system platform with variable rotation rate and high frequency clutch. In the torque experiment the rotation rate and experimental timing are regarded as dependent variable,at a certain constant rotation rate torque transfer follow increasingly by the experimental timing and arrive at the peak of 155.39 N when the speed is 500 r/min. Higher torque is transmitted to achieve efficient transmission of long-term running with appropriate rotation rate. In the wear resistance experiment the abrasion loss of frictional facing and initial torque peak presents non-linear relation. Higher rotation rate leads to more abrasion. The experimental results can provide some balance strategies between the torque efficiency and the frictional facing life under the common conditions of clutch,some guidance significance to the clutch test and design.
