外部环境变化对气动测量精度影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对差压式气动测量在珩磨加工中的特点,建立了差压式气动测量的数学模型;运用能量守恒法,分解了测量气体的能量损失,建立了能量损失系数与喷出量流量系数的关系;运用数值分析法,分析了珩磨液在狭缝内的运动情况;通过实验测定了不同工况条件下影响因素对测量间隙的改变,用极差分析法找出了影响测量的主次因素。结果表明,在诸多外部环境影响因素中,温度为影响测量准确度的主要因素,并对针对主要因素的影响运用MATLAB建立了补偿模型,提高测量准确度。本研究为提高差压式气动测量在珩磨机床上测量的准确度,提高珩磨机发展水平和珩磨气动测量精度提供必要的理论依据和技术支持。 The characteristics of differential pressure pneumatic measurement in honing,A mathematical model of differential pressure pneumatic measurement is established. Use energy conservation method. The energy loss of the measured gas is decomposed,The relationship between the energy loss coefficient and the flow rate coefficient is established. Using numerical analysis,Study the movement of the honing liquid in the slit. The influence of the influencing factors on the measurement gap under different working conditions was determined by experiment. Using range analysis found out the order affect the measurement results. The results show that the temperature is the main factor affecting the accuracy of measurement in many external environmental factors and the compensation model is established by using MATLAB to improve the measurement accuracy. This study provides the necessary theoretical basis and technical support for improving the accuracy of differential pressure pneumatic measurement on honing machine tool,improving the development level of honing machine and the accuracy of honing pneumatic measurement.
