梯形截面梁弯曲吸能特性研究及优化

摘要 以梯形截面梁为研究对象,建立了梁的准静态三点弯曲试验仿真模型,提取仿真结果的加载力峰值、比吸能和平均加载力作为梁弯曲吸能的评价指标,并通过拉丁超立方试验设计方法选取参数样本点并进行了有限元分析,从而构建梁截面尺寸参数和梯形截面梁弯曲吸能之间的近似模型;在此基础上,结合理论分析,研究了截面宽高比和倾斜角对梁的弯曲吸能的影响规律。设计一优化函数,利用序列二次规划优化方法对梁的弯曲吸能特性求优化解。 A thin-walled beam with trapezoid cross-section was used as a prototype to design a three-point bending model,which to be evaluated by the peak force,SEA and the average force. Then the samples were selected by Latin Hypercube and were analyzed by FEM to establish a response surface approximate model about the section parameters and bending behavior.On the basis of that,with the theoretical analysis,the effect of width-height ratio and inclined angle on the energy absorption was researched. A optimization function was designed and SQP optimum method was utilized to find the optimal solution.
