摘要
为适应油公司体制机制建设和低油价新常态新形势,充分发挥区域化优势和规模化效应,创新管理思路,打破单位界限,江汉油田江汉采油厂钟市管理区积极推进"油区一体化管理"建设,主要进行了六个方面的探索和尝试,取得较好效果。
In order to adapt oil company system construction and new normal of low oil price,give full play to regional advantage and large-scale effect,innovate management thoughts and break the boundary among the divisions,Jianghan Oil Production Plant advances actively integrated construction of Zhongshi oildom by conducting exploration and attempt in six aspects,achieving a favorable effect.
