摘要 介绍1 860 MPa级1×7I—15.20刻痕钢绞线的研制过程,给出研制过程中控制要点:(1)合理设计刻痕辊的各项参数是确保刻痕钢丝尺寸的关键。刻痕槽的半径取2.7 mm,刻痕槽的宽度取4 mm。(2)选用12.5 mm82B盘条,断面收缩率大于30%,抗拉强度1 230~1 280 MPa。(3)在拉丝机成品卷筒前增加一组相互成120°均匀排布的刻痕辊,实现对光圆钢丝刻痕。(4)给出捻制工艺参数:张力110 kN,温度380℃,捻距220 mm。研制结果表明,生产出钢绞线的性能完全满足标准要求。 To introduce development process of 1 860 MPa grade 1 × 7I—15. 20 indented steel strand,the control key point in developing process are as follows:( 1) to reasonably design each parameters of indented roller is key to ensure indented steel wire dimention,the radius of indented groove is chosen 2. 7 mm,the width of indented groove is chosen 4 mm.( 2) to choose diameter 12.5 mm 82 B wire rod,area reduction larger than 30%,tensile strength 1 230 ~1 280 MPa.( 3) to add a set each other to 120° uniformly configuration indented roller at wire drawing machine finished block,to realize light round steel wire indentation.( 4) laying process parameters are given as follows: tension 110 kN,temperature 380 ℃,lay pitch 220 mm. Development results show that the properties of steel strand produced meet requirement of standard.
