超高强度超薄光面钢带拉伸试验常见问题及对策 被引量:1

摘要 针对超高强度超薄光面钢带拉伸试验的相关问题,从制样方法、横截面积测定、试验机选型、夹持方法和伸长率测定等方面提出应注意的细节:采用线切割加工方法制备试样;利用工具显微镜或特殊测量手段直接测定试样平均横截面积;选用三闭环控制方式、伺服电机作为动力源的电子式万能试验机;增加夹持摩擦力,增设定位销;以最大力总伸长率代替断后伸长率。建议以标准试验方法为基础,以保证试样质量和减小数据误差为前提,尽可能应用先进加工设备、新型测量器具,并改进测试手段等,有效解决试样极端特性给试验带来的困难。 Aiming at related problem of ultra-high strength ultra-thin thickness smooth steel strip in tensile test,the details should be noticed from aspects such as specimen preparation method,cross section area measurement,test machine type selection,specimen grip method and elongation determination. To prepare specimen with wire cutting production method,to adopt tool microscope or special measuring way to detect average cross section of specimen directly,to select three closed loop control mode servo motor as power source of electronic universal testing machine,to add grip friction,to add located pin,to replace elongation ratio after fracture with maximum total elongation ratio. It is advised that taking standard test method as basis,to guarantee specimen quality and decrease data error as premise,to apply advanced production equipment,new type measuring tool and improve test method if possible,which can solve the difficult of specimen extreme feature on test.
