钢丝绳定长分盘机电气控制

Electric control of wire rope fixed length spool separator machine

针对涂塑钢丝绳分盘存在打扭、折弯等问题,开发出钢丝绳定长分盘机。该机主要由放线装置、储线装置、收线装置及电气控制组成,其电气控制系统主要由变频器、直流调速模块、高精度计数器组成。该系统采用直流调速模块、变频器分别驱动放线电机和收线电机,利用变频器控制收线电机的转速,通过收线装置的张力轮电位器信号调节放线电机的放线速度,实现放线与收线的同步;并根据计数器双输出信号控制收线变频器的多段速运行,实现收线电机缓慢减速、停机等功能,做到收线停车无滑行,计米精度在1 m内。

Aiming at the problem of twist and bending existing in plastic coated wire rope spool separator,the wire rope fixed length spool separator machine is developed. The machine is made up of pay-off device,wire accumulator device,take-up device and electric control. Its electric control is made up of frequency converter,DC speed adjusting module,high precision counter. The system adopts DC speed adjusting module,frequency converter to drive pay-off motor and take-up motor separately,adopts frequency converter to control rotational speed of take-up,adopts tension wheel potentiometer signal of take-up device to adjust pay-off speed of pay-off motor,realize synchronization of pay-off and take-up. According to counter double output signal to control frequency multi-speed running of take-up frequency converter,realize the function of take-up motor speed reduction,shut down slowly,realize take-up shut down no sliding,meter counting accuracy is smaller than 1 m.
