汽车弹簧制造企业研发人员激励机制

摘要 为应对行业的激烈竞争,我国汽车弹簧制造企业需要具备较强的研发能力。介绍汽车弹簧制造行业特点及研发人员特点。根据研发人员激励的需要层次理论、双因素理论、公平理论,提出针对不同研发人员不同时期采取不同的激励措施。提出了研发人员专业技术通道和管理通道的双通道发展机制。研发人员激励制度主要有新产品开发项目、新工艺开发项目、基础研究项目。提出研发人员激励效果的保障措施。 In order to deal with fierce competition of industry,China automobile spring manufacturing enterprises should have strong research and development ability. The automobile spring manufacturing enterprise characteristics and research staff characteristics were introduced. According to incentive needs hierarchy theory,double factor theory,fairness theory of research staff,different incentive measures adopted aiming at different research staff and different stage were proposed. The dual channel development mechanism of research staff professional channel and management channel is put forward. The incentive system of research staff mainly have new product development project,new process development project,basic research project. The supporting measure of research staff incentive effects is proposed.
