摘要
松果体区肿瘤部位深在,手术入路的选择需根据肿瘤的发展方向、扩展程度、与Galen静脉系统的解剖关系和可能的病理诊断以及外科医生对各种手术方式的熟练程度来决定。本文对经幕下小脑上入路、枕下经天幕入路、经胼胝体后部入路和幕上下经窦联合人路等四种常用术式的特点和方法进行概述。
