颅脑外伤脑氧监测技术应用新进展 被引量:1

摘要 脑氧监测技术作为神经外科重症监护中的主要内容之一,近几年发展较快。通过对颅脑外伤患者进行科学、全面的监测,可以及时、准确地掌握病人的病情,从而客观、正确、恰当地做出相应的处理,大大提高诊治的准确率和成功率。目前常用的脑氧监测技术有颈静脉球血氧饱和度监测、脑动静脉氧含量差监测、近红外光谱监测和脑组织氧分压监测,本文对这些监测在颅脑外伤病人的应用作一一阐述。并客观评价了脑氧监测技术的优缺点和发展的方向,为临床提供参考。
