5E康复护理模式对脑卒中后肢体功能障碍病人的影响

Influence of 5E rehabilitation nursing model on patients with limb dysfunction after stroke

[目的]观察对脑卒中肢体功能障碍病人采用5E康复护理模式的效果。[方法]将60例脑卒中病人按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组病人采用常规护理,观察组病人采用5E康复护理模式进行护理,比较两组病人住院后及出院前72h内的日常生活能力(ADL)评分以及干预前、干预后2周后和干预后1个月两组病人患肢的肌力情况。[结果]观察组病人出院前ADL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后2周和干预后1个月观察组病人上肢和下肢肌力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]在脑卒中后肢体功能障碍病人护理中采用5E康复护理模式能够显著改善病人ADL评分和患肢肌力,促进病人康复。

Objective:To observe the effect of 5E rehabilitation nursing model for patients with limb dysfunction after stroke.Methods:A total of 60 stroke patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each.the patients in control group received the routine nursing,while the patients in observation group received the 5 Erehabilitation nursing,the ability of daily life(ADL)score of patients was compared between two groups before and 72 hafter hospital,and muscle strength of patients was compared before intervention,2 weeks after the intervention,and 1 months after the intervention between both groups.Results:The ADL score of the patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).2weeks after the intervention and 1month after the intervention,the score of muscle strength of upper limbs and lower limbs in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:5E rehabilitation nursing model for patients with limb dysfunction after stroke can significantly improve the patient's ADL score and limb muscle strength,promote the rehabilitation of patients.
