摘要
本文以DOPO和E-51环氧树脂为反应原料,三苯基膦为催化剂,合成DOPO反应型环氧树脂。以有机胺为固化剂进行固化,通过氧指数测试仪与水平垂直燃烧仪研究了DOPO的阻燃性能。发现以三苯基膦为催化剂,14%DOPO为阻燃剂,用MDA固化得到的DOPO型环氧树脂具有良好的阻燃性能。
Abstact:In this study, a DOPO reaction type epoxy resin was synthesized taking DOPO and E-51 epoxy resin as raw materials and triphenyl phosphine as catalyst. The product was cured with an organic amine curing agent, and the flame retardant properties of DOPO were examined with horizontal and vertical burning tester and oxygen index tester. It was found that good flame retardant properties of the DOPO reaction type epoxy resin were obtained when the content of DOPO was 14% and using DMA as the curing agent.
