摘要
本文主要讨论压敏胶橡胶组分的配比对胶体性能的影响。用动态流变仪测试了25℃压敏胶从低频到高频的储能模量(E’)、损耗模量(E’’)、损耗因子(tanδ),从微观上表征压敏胶的力学性能及其橡胶组分配比对性能的影响。结果表明,随着环烷油,液体橡胶,增粘树脂的增加,胶体在粘合频率(0.01~1HZ)下储能模量减小,初粘增大;随着低分子量聚异丁烯,增粘树脂的增加,胶体的剥离频率(100HZ)下损耗模量增大,剥离强度增大;随着增粘树脂、高分子量聚异丁烯的增加,粘度、内聚强度增加,持粘时间增加。
Hydrocolloid Pressure sensitive adhesive is consist of base material of hot eltpressure sensitive adhesive and hydrocolloid.The Mechanical properties of adhesive is Characterization of initial adhesion,sustained adhesion and 180° peel strength.The influence of the ratio of rubber components to the adhesive's mechanical properties is discussed in this article.The dynamic rheometer is used to test the storage modulus,loss modulus and loss factor in the range of adhesion frequency(o.o1Hz)to peeling frequency(100Hz).The results indicated that as the addition of mineral oil,liquid rubber,tackifier,the storage modulus in adhesion frequency decreased,the peel strength increased;And as the addition of Hydrocolloid,tackifier and high molecular weight PIB,viscosity and cohesive strength increased,and then contributed to the increase of sustained adhesion.
