摘要
基于降低基材表面接触角的方法制备一种新型表面活性剂型防雾剂及其湿巾。利用正交实验法得到防雾剂最优配方,并对制备的防雾剂与商业化的防雾剂进行了高、低温防雾效果、透光率等性能进行测定和比较。结果表明,该防雾剂分散均匀、不团聚,防雾时间可达8天以上。涂有该防雾剂的玻璃透光性良好,同时在-5℃时,能保持玻璃表面不结雾。该防雾湿巾携带方便,安全环保。
A novel surfactant antifogging agent and its anti-fog wipes were prepared based on the method of lowering the contact angle between water and the surface of base materials. The optimum formula was selected by using the orthogonal experiment method. The antifogging effect of prepared antifogging agent under different temperature and its transmittance were studied and compared with the commercial antifoggant. The results showed that the prepared antifoggant agent could be dispersed evenly in the organic solvent, and the antifogging time can be last over 8 days. The glass coated by our antifogging agent reveals an excellent transmittance, and the surface of the glass can be kept free of frost even at 5℃. In addition, the anti-fog wipes is not only portable, but also environmental friendly.
