摘要 经熔融共混工艺路线,采用含有活性环氧基团的增韧剂A与相容剂CX-3对PC回收料/ABS合金进行复配改性,通过DMA、扫描电镜和力学性能测试对合金材料进行结构及力学性能表征。结果表明,当物料质量配比为PC∶ABS∶CX-03∶A=70∶30∶2∶4时,相容剂与增韧剂的协同效应最为明显。活性环氧基团能与PC的羟端基发生开环反应,在增韧的同时,对材料的拉伸性能影响较小,使材料的刚性与韧性达到平衡,回收料的综合力学性能达到最佳。 Through melt blending route, using an epoxy group-containing reactive toughening A compatibility agent CX-3 to modify recycling PC/ABS alloy compound. The structure and mechanical properties of the alloy were measured by DMA, scanning electron microscopy. The results show that when the ratio of the material quality is PC:ABS:CX-03:A= 70:30:2:4, synergies compatible with the toughening agent getting most evident. Reactive epoxy groups can occur with the PC ring-opening reaction of hydroxyl end groups which has little effect on the tensile properties of the material, the stiffness and toughness of material can get perfect balance. Mechanical properties of alloy achieve the best.
