颜料用高光丙烯酸酯乳液的合成与表征

摘要 采用复合乳化体系,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸为共聚单体,采用预乳化半连续种子乳液聚合法,制备了颜料用高光丙烯酸酯乳液。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、粒径测试(PCS)、透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)等对乳液性能进行了分析与表征。结果表明:乳液固含量为42%、光泽度为85.2,乳液各项稳定性较好;乳液聚合程度较高,乳液平均粒径DH为121.5 nm,分子量分布指数(PDI)仅为0.062,粒径分布较窄;聚合物体系中单个微球和交联微球共同存在,且单分散微球具有核壳结构。 The acrylic resin of high brightness and high gloss can be synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization, adjusting the proportion of monomers and controlling the variety and quantity of initiators and new emulsifiers. The emulsion with high solid content(42%) and good stability was synthesized. The experimental products achieved the market performance of similar products which brightness is 85.2.The average particle size and distribution were measured by photon correlation spectroscopy(PCS).The result showed that the hydrodynamic diameters were 121.5 nm, and the polydispersity index(PDI) was 0.062.The morphology of latex particles were examined by transmission electron microscope(TEM), and the images showed that some particles were core-shell structure and some particles were cross-linked microspheres, whose morphology was in good agreement with the measurement results from scanning electron microscope(SEM).
