溶液聚合制备丙烯酸酯类多孔吸水树脂 被引量:1

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸月桂酯(LMA)和丙烯酸(AA)为共聚单体,使用过硫酸铵(APS)和亚硫酸氢钠组成氧化还原引发体系,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BIS)为交联剂,碳酸钙(CaCO_3)为致孔剂,采用溶液聚合的方法,制备了多孔吸水树脂。利用热失重分析(TGA)、扫描电镜(SEM)对该树脂进行表征,发现LMA含量越多热稳定性越差,CaCO_3含量越多,孔洞结构越容易塌陷。当单体摩尔比为nLMA/nAA=1/16,nCaCO_3/nAA=1/2时的多孔树脂吸水倍率最大。 In the work, porous superabsorbent resin was prepared by solution polymerization, using lauryl methacylate(LMA) and acrylic acid(AA) as co-monomer, ammonium persulfate(APS)and sodium hydrogen sulfite(NaHSO_3) as redox initiator, N,N-methylene bisacrylamide(BIS) as crosslinking agent,calcium carbonate(CaCO_3) as porogenic agent. The as-obtained resin was characterized by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results indicated the more LMA was added, the worse the thermal stability of the resin was. In addition, the porous structure would easily collapse with the increasing of the content of CaCO_3. When the raw materials composition was n LMA/n AA=1/16 and n CaCO_3/n AA=1/2, the porous superabsorbent resin exhibited maximal water absorbency rate.
